Using Mogusa Clay, a rare type of clay, Shino Shunomi is a traditional Japanese technique. 

A Shino Shunomi with a slightly visible, rich, beautifully vivid fire color. It features a smooth texture that feels warm and sticks to your hand.

This Shino tokkuri features a milky white base, making its beauty stand out. The soft and gentle color of the milky white imparts a sense of calm and elegance to the entire piece. Scattered throughout are spots of deeply vivid fire color, which shine beautifully in areas where they are particularly pronounced. This fire color is especially prominent in fine indentations and thinner parts of the glaze, adding depth and character to the overall design.

The fire color, intense like a burning flame yet retaining its elegance, contrasts strikingly with the milky white, capturing the viewer's attention. This exquisite combination of colors brings movement and vitality to the entire tokkuri.
